Home Sellers Inspection
Traditionally a home inspection is done for prospective buyers and is conducted only days (sometimes hours) before the purchase and sales contract is to be executed. While this process is informative to buyers, it can often produce feelings of anxiety to sellers.
We believe that the Seller can avoid last minute surprises and high stress situations if a home inspection is conducted before hanging the "for sale" sign. This allows time to review any deficiencies with your Realtor and make planned improvements to your home on your terms.
A Seller's home inspection can also differentiate your home from others in its class. With today’s large inventory of homes for sale, what better way to position a home in the market place than to advise perspective buyers that this home has been inspected and is well maintained.
